I think the players getting around Gaff like he just won the flag shows the club's culture down to the ground.

They're panicking because, for the first time in their existence, they don't have a sympathetic media to rely upon. I wouldn't be surprised if the AFL adds a week or two to put WCE in their place after their horrible mishandling of incident after incident.
