I couldn't believe how many times that 'hit' was shown on tv tonight. Then the same purveyors of crud loudly proclaim It's not a good look for the kids. You couldn't make it up!
On the same news channel eagles, (ex- channel eagles?), the usually fawning, sycophantic Basil decided to go attack dog mode. I have never seen such an inept performance from a supposed journalist,(term used very loosely). Interviewing Simpson, Bas went straight for the jugular, "What do you think of the headlines in the West'? Are you really what the headlines said, "Weak"? Simpson looked at him in disbelief as though he was under attack by a wet lettuce leaf. and it went downhill after that. I know Basil has been a vapid Eagles mouthpiece in the past. Please don't let him change allegiance to the Dockers!
