If i hear one more cacophany of crap from any "respected"journalists about what a fine upstanding fellow Andrew Gaff is or how remorseful he is I will vomit. His crocodile tears were offensive to the max, as was Simpson stating that he accidentally punched Brayshaw. I think the Weagles will run the line that he only meant to jumper punch Brayshaw in the chest with a grading of reckless rather than intentional. This is quite significant if you remember that our skipper was rubbed out for an intentional hit. Our club should also beware the possibility that Brayshaw may also be held to account, as was suggested by a Slime radio caller tonight, and be rubbed out by the tribunal for his involvement.
Some of the commentary doing the rounds definitely seems to be painting Gaff as the victim and the club must defend Brayshaw and push for a lengthy Gaff ban.
