You know, ......If you just sit and look at the personnel of both teams....just read through the names. ...well...I'm not prepared to accept that they are a better team than us. There's a heap of duds in the blue & yellow, and ...well ... we've got eminently more talent on our list.

There's got to be something else going wrong.....?? Sort that factor out, and we are a chance I reckon...

Goodie, they've certainly got something that a lot of 'hanger onners' can hang off, but would have thought Geelong, Port , Richmond - even Sydney and North Melbourne - could be better rated 'spines'.

But don't get me wrong, its better than what we present at the moment, and it's utilized completely differently.

And I guess that's my point, ....I'd argue if we had a gameplan akin to them, I reckon we'd compete quite well with them...

The game isn't won on paper. Was Port Adelaide 's team better on paper? Yeah probably but they played like mice and we beat them.

If both our effort and skill are better than theirs we will win. It's pretty simple.

That includes not kicking it to Hurn or McGovern every time we go inside 50 and actually having forwards to kick it to...
