Way to miss the point, Sox.

Nobody is bagging the club here but they are bagging Jezza for his rahrah no matter what the club says and does.

The club is perfectly correct for its stance on no rule changes for some games but not for others. That doesn't mean Rolyball has suddenly become acceptable. Change is needed there but not via rule changes by the AFL. Change to that can be and should be done within the club itself

Rolyball has got us to a GF, and it’ll get us to another, with the ultimate price. Our players are learning and because they’re a young group, it’ll take time before it all comes together. We’ve won 7 and likely to win more than 2017. We’ve debuted 7 and that will likely increase in the next 5 weeks. It’s trending nicely, thanks very much.

I don't think what got us to the GF in '13 was as extreme as what is being put out now. The players had only 1 1/2years of indoctrination at that stage and their natural instincts still kicked in on regular occasions. The problem we have had since then is that no junior coach is teaching his players this crap style , so every year Lyon has to reprogram every recruit. The rebuild will go on forever. I CAN"T wait that effing long. I want results and I want them NOW.

Jezza, in 2016, we won 4 games. In 2017 we won 8 games.

In spite of the fact that you declared the rebuild over in June and told us we were finals bound, we look like maybe winning 8 games (thank you Carlton). I'm not seeing this 'trending nicely' bit you mentioned.

I'll repeat what many have stated on here before. When you refuse to change what you are doing, you can't expect different results.

Quite simply, Rolyball as evidenced by the results won't get us to a flag. The AFL don't want Rolyball. They changed the rules to stop Rolyball and they are changing them even more to stop Rolyball.

He's yesterday's hero, jezza and all the woohoo in creation won't change that.
