Jones was, is and always be a ruckman, not a CHF. He's a lumbering Sandi type who wins hit outs due to his size. He rarely kicks goals and I reckon you could count on one hand the number of times he's got double digit disposals in his career. Darcy has better returns goal kicking and marking wise. Maybe he will be trialled at CHF with Jones doing most of the ruck work.
I don't understand why Strnadica is always overlooked. He's never even made the emergency list yet he's kicked more goals than Apeness, Jones and Dixon and gets as many hit outs and definitely more disposals. His cards seemed marked.
