Not a lot of positives here, Darcy had his moments and will only get better. Young bodies against mature bodies will usually come off second best. Cerra looked good and I believe he will re-sign with us. Contrary to our rusted on cynics, I believe we have a good record at retaining our better recruits. hard to see us winning in the near future, but maybe the Derby will be our salvation. Sandi, Fyfe, Blakely, Tabs and a fully fit Bennell might turn us into a far more competitive unit. Getting rid of Matera and a few of our other substandard current players would also do wonders. Maybe you are right but it doesn't keep me awake at night. If those of you who think Ballas should be in our squad next year- we are in a bad way.
