Maybe when the club was setup RM but not now the wafc want the money. The eagles are a very profitable business so why would you not run your other franchise the same way.

I remember the interview rosich's puppet peter mann did in the Saturday west in 2010 explaining how that in order to expand the brand the franchise had to distance itself from being anchored to one geographical location. Reading about how a ex captain wants fremantle to be "more like west coast" i knew then and there that i would not be a member of the dockers franchise for much longer.

I truly believed up until that moment that there really was a difference between freo and the ooftits, there is no difference honestly, the one thing that does or did truly differentiate the two is that freo had a home, a real place that they belonged but the wafc pissed it away to make a few extra dollars.. If i wanted to support a homeless and soulless franchise i would have already been a fan of west coast.

Dazz, they know they can make money out of Freo win, lose or draw. Your example of Mann and Rosich, I think proves the WAFC got what it wanted, and it has flowed on from there.

Oh, what would we give for a Neesham and a Ric Hart to walk through the door, all guns blazing and reclaim the club for Freo and true footy supporters all over this land.
