Au contraire, rr.
I was happy about having a couple of wins. I just wasn't getting carried away like some on here.
We beat Adelaide, who have been out of sorts, by 3 points and who had 2 more shots on goal than we had. Some perspective there. We beat Carlton, who look even less interested than we did yesterday. A win is very enjoyable but I'm looking for wins every week.
Yesterday was not an outlier. Its starting to become the norm and to me at least, thats simply not good enough, although I'll acknowledge being in the minority.
Ever since Roly got his 5 year, 1.2 million extension, we haven't even pretended to be a football team. We are all of the things we were assured were history. Disorganised and disinterested. You cannot blame the lack of Sandi and Fyfe for that as we've looked like that with both of them in the side this year.
If you want improvement and I at least will be honest and say I want improvement then changes have to be made. Turning over lots of players every year might work as a distraction for some but even Jezza is going to give up eventually. If Lyon won't change then get somebody who can do it.
