We should should stop looking to trade for short term success and put more effort into developing our draft picks.

What I reckon would be a really, really good idea, would be to play the goalkicking ruckmen we already have somewhere close to goals when they are not rucking. It will be hard for even Lobb to kick goals from the bench or the opposition inside 50. And to keep Hypen happy, we could play a couple of small forwards close to goal.

By making this radical change, we wont need to sell the farm for Lobb, the McGoverns, Liam Ryan, or anyone else.

Ok then let’s keep our No. 5 or 6 Pick, use it on another mid. We could be fielding 3 ruckmen this weekend if Sandi and Darcy are available for selection. With Jones on board, is 3 the optimum number to kick enough goals to win.

I turned on the Power game a bit late and first picture was of our reinstated Full forward / centre half forward / third tall
doing what we all suspected ie running around the backline. Again! Still! No bloody wonder he can't kick goals.
Is there any chance we could line up with forwards that play in our attacking half?
