Yes, KK, the two key things - have a solid defence, and have the ability to break out of that defence really quickly and get a goal. The key for me is not wasting effort. When you go forward it has to be really hard and fast, with lots of players running in waves so that the opposition can't stop you. Ten really speedy intense attacks are worth 20 or 30 slow build ups, at least in the way footy is played right now.
Interestingly enough the Bullies, a couple of years ago, were really good at stopping teams on the counter attack. Somehow they just managed to get enough players running back hard enough to break it down.
