If I need to tell you that, you aren't very good at retaining information. Its been explained plenty of times by many folk on this site and media commentators.
You need a combination of things that include success in recruiting (get blokes who turn up at airports have healthy calves) a certain number of quality line quality players, number of
games played, group chemistry/confidence in each other, leadership and a healthy group. If you havent got those it doesnt matter what coach youve got.
For example, WC Simpson said today he's now got about 15 leaders of a certain age mid to late 20’s from their 2015 GF team and the players basically coach themselves.
Look at what weve got that should come good in the next few years ...and stop whinging.
