When Harris and Rosich started out it was clear they wanted to redefine Fremantle. Dumbass song, joke jumper, always getting fleeced at the trade table and drafting kids who get smacked around by the top of the table Eagles with a game plan doing everyone's head in.

Was thinking this weekend - it really feels like the late nineties again does it not?

Harris and Rosich delivered nothing to this football club other than a home ground out of Fremantle. For all their attempts to distance the club from the past they have brought the past back to the present.

I hope the board looks at Rosich, people in key roles shouldn't do longer than five years anyway.

The Harris board with Rosich and Bond in the senior management roles gave us the Cockburn training facility, the chevron jumpers and RL as well as a promise of sustained success. There was an attempt to remove our song as well as a part of changing our past.
I think most members were uncertain about the changes especially the way Harvs was shown the door but the promise of sustained success was a future that most were willing to embrace.
I’d be interested in board’s views now but I’m not keen on the same people making any more decisions on the future of the club.

There are many who read DL and the views of the DLanders. At this point, the mob up the road and their followers are sticking the boot in and that’s fair game. We’re currently irrelevant. But I see it differently. For 25 years, there’s been little joy. Many have left, many have threatened to leave and many are considering leaving. My option is to block out the noise, which I’m good at. There will be some respite because it’s never as bad as it looks.
