You get the sense, that Ross, in the past might have been ever so slightly, lets say...stuborn, some would say arrogant. Not sure he would take too kindly to his ass coaches gently trying to change the game plan. Hence exit Suma, Kirk etc.
We are in a once in a career type scenario where Roly might be receptive to some feedback. Hes had his wind taken out of his sails a bit in the last few weeks and this is our best chance to influence the game plan. Im not sure who can get in his ear, it wouldnt take much to play some extra height, a ruck back up for Sandi, even up the numbers in the forward line and unleash the legendary Freo forward pressure, which is impossible to implement under the current game plan.
Maybe the players? Alcock ? Fyfe he respects?? Ive just got a feeling that for once he might be in a position where he can be influenced. Surely some Dockerlanders would know people high up in the Club?
