The way I see it, there is no point complaining about the umpiring. You are better off saying that you are going to have to address your teams tendency to give away free kicks in certain situations, or how good your opposition were at executing certain things without giving away frees. The umps will know full well that you are having a go at them, but since you've stated it as a failing or skill of the players, the AFL can hardly do anything about it.
But I suppose you might get into trouble if you praise Richmond for their ability to drop the ball without giving away free kicks.
