I’d like to think that our supporters are a bit more sophisticated than that. We have the capacity for nuanced points of view and don’t need to have total blind faith in order to be considered rusted on fans. Give praise when it is due, give honest feedback even if it isn’t good news. When the club stuffs up they need a good bollocking from those closest to them and I think we are clever enough to be able to identify who should cop a blast. Of recent times I’m not reading too much to indicate dissatisfaction with our individual players. Despite the results I think they are being given a lot of slack by supporters. As for management, well that’s another story. You can’t ignore incompetence year on year.
