We've already seen what happens in the end.
A brief rundown thus far:
Masten-ey and Notacluey get run out of a town called, ironically, Weed
They end up on a farm where Notacluey smothers a puppy with too much love
This was foreshadowing the event where he snapped the neck of an innocent opposition player
The only solution left at hand was for Chompy to go the chomp with his canines and incisors in a final kind of way, because poor Notacluey was, ultimately, dumbfounded and unaware of the strength and size he possessed that coupled with a graceless lack of humility and unbelievable clumsiness was very dangerous to be around - a bit like Chompy himself when he is on the gear
In the end, it is for the best and Chompy can live off the fat of the land, if his dream of raising blue and gold rabbits ever eventuates.
