A bit to like about that article on Dew. Something about a man who was overweight even in his playing days telling anonymous teenagers to get off the couch really tickles me. I also enjoyed that despite only being in his 30s, he wasn't afraid to throw around talkback radio themes like "When you think back to your teenage life it was outside kicking footballs. It just doesn’t happen as much these days" like he was a much older man.
But I did find his view on skills interesting, essentially "You almost get them and they are what they are. It is really hard to change."
I guess we can drop Dew off Yeti's Lyon-replacement list.
