Jezza Im not saying everyone who has a good routine (Mundy) will always get the goal. Sometimes they will sometimes they wont, as you say, swings and roundabouts. What Im saying is thats its frustrating to watch a Brownlow Medalist have a poor routine, especially when he is close to goal and that a good coach could fix that one problem up in a matter of minutes or at least in one training session. If Fyfe then misses with a good routine, so be it, I will be disappointed but not frustrated. Theres a difference.

My observation .....but I thought Fyfey had improved his kicking action markedly from last year. Anyone criticising him may want to reflect on the misses by players from both sides who are goal kickers, and it happens to the best of them from all teams.

Meeks was dropped to Peel reserves and didn't do much by the looks. Sandi has to be rested this week so Jones must come in and my pick would be for Stradica to come in for the Taberner role at MJ's expense. We have to get games into these guys and give them encouragement. Leave Apeness one more week and then unleash him at home!

In his post match interview Lyon suggests 211 may have to front up a few more times before he is rested and I thought I also read/heard that Apeness will play a few more with Peel.
211 will have a very light week and I imagine he'll be flying business class to Melbourne.
