Actually now there was some money well spent. Those pre season trips and visits to other sporting organisations have really reaped rewards.

Cam played his most impressive game for us last week, this week was very poor. Early last week he set the tone early when he made a strong contest of some balls that he was not in the primary position, I didn’t see any of that this week.
Too many times our forwards were not in the best position for the ball coming in from admittedly a poor entry, but they seemed content to concede without at least making an issue of it.
At one point GWS had 18 tackles inside forward fifty to 2, that is unacceptable.

I agree it is frustrating docker by the sea. Our forwards actually look out of position and pretty buggered a lot of the time due to running the length of the ground. When the ball comes in it is often high in the air and not to any forwards advantage.

However we have shown the ball can be delivered cleanly to our forwards that are working hard and making strong leads. This unsurprisingly tends to happen when they are allowed to function as a forward line and not a second wave of defenders that push up and down the ground.

It would be incredibly disheartening for our players to run up and down the ground 3 times and then see slow stagnated play resulting in an up and under bomb kick......often over your head or when outnumbered.

The Ross Lyon method just doesn't work anymore and hasn't worked for the last 4 seasons. Perhaps it was a pretty good way to win games but it doesn't consistently win games against better skilled teams particularly in finals after a long season.

We have Fyfe, Walters, hill just to name a few that are in their prime, Mundy, Sandilands still capable of producing big performances and stacks of young talent. We are currently wasting a bloody good opportunity to be playing brilliant footy.
