I watched Melb. on the weekend pretty closely. After all, this is the team, that should be playing finals, dare I say it, after a 4 year rebuild and 3 coaches later. They’ve got some serious talent and bringing Lever in from Adelaide was a master stoke. So I was interested in their game style, with Hogan the great white hope up front. News flash. Hogan was average and so was their ball movement and use. Oh and they bombed the ball inside 50 more often than not. Paul Roos reckoned they’re Monty to play finals. What I saw, didn’t give me goosebumps. The Demons supporters, I’m sure will want answers after a rebuild of this magnitude.
