I see plenty of people are getting upset when Roly's record is compared to Drum's.
Unfortunately for them, facts are facts and Roly simply must change or those facts will continue down the same path. His approach has been dismal for the last 2 seasons (another fact) His approach hasn't changed (another fact)
There comes a time when people need to reassess and you need to be asking yourself some very simple questions.
i. Are you a Freo supporter or a Roly supporter? (its not difficult for me)
ii. Do you think Roly's unchanged approach is suddenly going to work when it clearly has not worked?
iii. If you think its suddenly going to work, explain why?
iv. If its not going to work, is Lyon suddenly going to change?
v. If he can't or won't change, should we settle for being crap or should we look at changing things to get some improvement.
If you get to V and think, yes we should change to look for improvement, ask yourself how that can be achieved when the guy 'doing the cobblering' refuses to adapt. If you can do that, then keep him on. If you can't then you have either settle for remaining crap or force a change.
He keeps saying 'failure is feedback' but nobody is listening.
I don't give a brass continental who the coach is or who is on the board or indeed who likes me posting facts, I only care about the club improving and getting a flag. maybe some other people should start thinking of the same thing
