Can someone give me the names aggressive Freo players now and in the past over Ballantynes 1.73m ( 5.7") who the opposition would be wary off like Mumford etc? Solomon's hit was a highlight.

Brady Grey is probably the hardest we have at the moment. We have a lot of nice guys in the team that are big but just play the ball. Hodor has an edge to him that I think should be encouraged.

I don’t know what has happened to our tackling. It has been awful for quite a while now and Port players just regularly bullocked their way out of them.
I’m trying not to be too disillusioned because Port are a very good team but I don’t really think our first game could have gone much worse. Next week will be interesting but I won’t be tipping them after that effort.

We tackle ok, the opposition are given license to drop throw or sit on the ball, we don't have that license. They also get a significant amount of time to break tackles.

As an aside, Comparisons

If Douglas gets a week for this, what should the Port player get for the intentional, high and forceful strike to the head of Blakely?

Dale Kickett had enough of what we saw yesterday. Fyfes disgruntled body language after losing contests should be replaced with taken the player on after the ball is gone as Port did with after winning every contest. Which Port rubbed our nose in it , the fact they won the contest. The example of Spur having Charlie Dixon continue to harass him over the boundry line.
