Logue is Mundy. The way he looks on the park makes it seem like a training drill - competition kicks in will see the separation. Already, i feel confident that he will do more than even the contest.

True Polly. He's got more to offer already than " he who we shall not mention" had in his 150 odd games and odd is probably a good description.
More about discussing the fact of a footballer not knowing where to go which Rog was probably right in his description of Logue at this stage.
Obviously it's something that we all hope and see that must improve. I did say that I would like to see him become the next Mundy, but although he always looked lackadaisical, i don't think knowing where to go or position himself was ever really a problem for him.

Logue looks like he has the inherent ability to read the play, but he hasn't played enough footy to trust that instinct yet. That's why playing him back is the best option, it will fast track that confidence in what he does.

I hope Logue gets a run with role on T Lynch to see what it takes to be that link up player, both in terms of ground covered and where to go to provide a target. Plus I think he can do a great job of nullifying his influence.
