Went and checked the 2016 draft. I recall Bizkit being very annoyed we traded down for Macarthy missing on Petreski Seaton.

In any case we had four picks:

Logue - 8 ( I got this bloke wrong), Darcy -38, Cox 40ish and Ryan - 66 and we traded in Hill, Hamling and Macarthy. And bloody Kersten.

It's massive. It's unbelievably good going.

Nothing wrong with Kersten - he's a game winner that pulled us out of a couple of holes last year. Nope, I don't worry about him at all, he'll come good (for sure). I would worry if we got that Clayton bloke we hoodwinked for the #2 pick last year to head up our future drafting - now THAT wouldn't be something to feel good about (hahaha, you gotta laugh at those other twats).

That Clayton bloke now the recruiting guru for those up the road is Roly’s old chump from days at The Brisbane bears. How else do you get No. 2 pick for Weller. What makes 2018 exciting is that our so called rebuild only took 2 years instead of 4. Because looking at this year’s draft, we’ve given away our 2nd, 3rd and 4th rounders to bring in talent. Mission accomplished. I’m on the bus.

If you saw the “live” feed on the last day of the draft when the transaction was going down, Clayton was a nervous man. In all honesty though, Lloyd should be given the keys to the City of Fremantle when picks 2 and 5 was locked in. Brayshaw and Cerra is the icing on the premiership cake.
