The brand ie type/style of footy being played doesn’t include 2-3 gun players which the good sides seem to have. The buy local policy only seems to be dishing up B and G cornflakes, no crunch at the goal mouth.

On the neither the negative or positive sides, we nearly scored half as much as the opposition.....nearly.

If Michelle is drawing any measure of satisfaction from that game, she is clearly the wrong person for the job. She should try using a little less corporate non-speak and a little more reality and then maybe her comments should be worth listening to. Right now, she is performing as well as her charges...bottom of the ladder.

I was in two minds of posting a positive comment for fear of retribution or i.a.w. DL's protocol (getting through to the keeper). But the AFLW is in its infancy. While its not much of a spectacle, there is that occasional wow factor. As far as our women's side goes, its not as bad as it looks. Lets re-evaluate after the remaining 7 games.

What I saw of the match was what I expected. Our women's loss was no worse than the other 3 teams that loss. The talent on display is on par with the U14s. The result is irrelevant. Don't see what all the negativity is about. I'm sure one day it'll be a spectacle.
