Thing is...Bolt is an actual sprinter, naturally quick. Sutcliffe will never be quick. Sutcliffe's strength is endurance, naturally...Bolt will never be an endurance athlete no matter how hard he trains. That is the point.

Bolt trains like a boss.. strength, plyometrics, technique, explosive metabolic conditioning.. I think you might find he trains 2 intense sessions every day.. and also has his nutrition pretty dialed in.. sprinting is a skill just like football, it’s not just genetics.

If Cerra gets a good run at a pre-season I'd love to see what he could do in the side from the get-go next season. He looks like he could pretty much fit on any line and provide an instant class boost as well as matrixing his way through traffic.

I think you’re reading it based on the worsts headline rather than what he actually says, no where does he say he doesn’t want a role in the midfield, he says he’s happy to play wherever the team needs him to and that this year it was a mix of forward and midfield, and that’s. The way the afl is going these days.
He’s smart enough to know that with younger players coming into the team, they’ll get the majority of time on the bench as they don’t have the endurance that multiple preseasons gives you so he’ll have to spend more time on the ground which equates to more time forward.

Happily see him play as spare man in defence

Luke Hodge, Goddard, Sam Fisher have all done it well and are no taller, smarter or better overhead than Mundy. And proved at times this year he can play forward and deliver.
