I reckon you'd have a standing lane and a walking lane. You could even chuck a few plastic seats on there for the oldies. My version also has pop-up bars dotted along the side where you can briefly alight to buy a frosty beverage for your trip.

I think you are missing the big opportunity here, Shane. As Morgan said you can apply some immediate feedback to lane hogs as they pass over the BHP, Coles-Myer, Qantas, Village Roadshow, Specsavers Swan River Scenic Travellator. That immediate feedback could easily include swimming lessons, especially to geriatric egurls supporters.
