DocDocker, the Dockers were squeezing the council on a payout the old facilities, which delayed everything. The council and the Dockers eventually came to a payout agreement and the council decided to offset the cost by using the old Docker offices while the Kings Square rebuild goes though.

Then they intend to redevelop Fremantle Oval, with some new buildings and moving the ground closer to the Victoria Pavilion.

So I'd imagine it's still at least 5 years away.
