Pick 47 or they can take their chances in the PSD, pick 66 is an insult and we should draw a line in the sand.

We should threaten to pick him up again and teach them if you don't pay a fair price you don't get what you want.

Since his wrist injury recovery I don't think Balic is injury prone. The main thing that kept him from playing more games this year was his continued trips back home to stop his Mum crying.
If we were able to choose who would keep out of the two I see a much greater upside in Balic than Tucker.

If Balic is only worth pick 66 then we shouldn't be offering GC anything more for Matera than pick 79. He's out of contract and unable to get a regular game in a side worse than ours.

If no deal is struck he walks and we get him for nothing in the PSD.

I’m a bit surprised we are getting anything for him. There was every chance no other club would want him so pick 66 isn’t a bad result. Freo could get lucky and pick up Kelly with it.
