All of us should leave Jezza alone. He's like an overly optimistic unrealistic Morgan... and we all like him now.
As for Brad Hill, he wasn't highly rated prior to being recruited, but I reckon to get recruited you, by and large, need some natural football ability. Even if I was athletic I'd still not look like Pav or earn a hardball get like MickeyB or run out of defence like Roger or take a hanger like Elvis or extract the ball from my own arse for a goal like MikeW and Ballas.
There are exceptions, but Brad Hill is not an exception.
