Not sure about the thinking of retaining Johnno. I mean I am his biggest fan, at his best one of the greats and truly deserving All Australian. Great bloke too.
But I thought we are on a rebuild? 3 more years before our flag. Is Johnno seriously going to be there when we next challenge?

thats a good back line combination with pace, penetration with kicking and good aerial/marking/spoiling skills.
Add Cox and Collins as back ups. Langdon and Hughes are also vying for a spot.
Not to mention Daniel Pearce still has a year to run and Spurr is still in the leadership group. We still have Uebergang and Nyhuis who has been great in the back line, Duman is up and coming and we`re talking of picking up backman Naughton.
I have deliberately not mentioned Tucker, Crozier, Sutcliffe and Ttrain who all have played back.
Exactly where does Johnno play and which of the 6 starting backmen do you drop to play him?
I can accept dropping our stalwarts Depig, Gu and Barlow last year on the proviso we had the single minded intent to follow this rebuilt through. Now we are hedging our bets again.
Do we have a plan??? I would prefer to keep Johnno on in another non playing capacity if needed but I dont agree with this.
