As someone somewhat involved with Peel, I'd like to express the profound impact Dawson has had on the playing group this year. He gets absolutely destroyed by fans and the media, but holds his head high and focuses on the job at hand every week. He has never been blessed with the skill set that would see him recognised as a super star, but my word is he a good bloke. Thanks for every thing mate, not just for your leadership at peel but also your reliability at afl level! His story should be celebrated
