Okay big mouth! Yes you. You I'm talking to. You reckon you know everything, so I'm throwing down the challenge. I'm not going to ask you who will win the AFL Grand Final, but I will ask you who will win the two Preliminaries this week.

So, put the Bachelorette on hold (yes, I know Sophie Monk is just gorgeous) and bend your enormous brain to this. Who will win out of the Crows v Cats, and Tigers v Giants. Tell me and give your reasons.

Let me make this easy for you. I know the answers.
  • Richmond will knock off the Giants. Reasoning? The Tigers are the only team in form. They ended the HomeNaway with victories and smashed their way through Geelong in the first QF.
  • Geelong will defeat Adelaide. The Crows have been flaky all year and flakiness does not get you across the line in the AFL Finals. They have dropped games unexpectedly. The Crows supporters are in for a disappointing weekend.

Adelaide - they have to win a Prelim at home at least once, don't they??

GWS - coz Richmond suck and it will drive the A(V)FL mad for there to be no Vic teams in the GF. That and the fact GWS lost a Prelim last year and they will want to go one better.

Geelong- after starting the season with inconsistent effort and pressure addressed that to play good contested footy. Personally i dislike Selwood, Dangerfield and Scott but I think they will win.

Richmond- what they brought two weeks ago will overwhelm GWS who play beautiful footy when allowed too. Wont be allowed to.

No idea because it's going to be wet, Richmond are Richmond, the Giants, Cats and Crows have been unpredictable sometimes but I hope the GF is a good tight contest. It would be great for the Tigers to win for their long suffering supporters.
