Stranger things have happened. Since young Jesse signed the extension with Melb, his life has turned upside down. As a young man, those unfortunate events would derailed any thoughts of being commited to the cause. More than ever, family and friends support is his No.1 priority. He was closed to turning his back on Melb from all reports. What Melb will consider is that should he want to come home for compassionate reasons, Jesse will have currency. So in return, if Freo was his destination club, they'll have to pay. Like I said in a previous post, Jake Lever( Adl) is Melbourne bound. A deal that would satisfy the Crows will be similar in the Jesse to Freo deal. Our Pick 5 and Balic/Crozier/Suban, would be handy for Melb. Its worth noting that Jesse comes out of contract at the end of 2019. He'll be wanting to come home before then.
