This has to be the worst coaching effort I have seen at Fremantle.starting with the selection and team placements.Alastair Clarkson has given Ross a coaching lesson. Half the players were running around like headless chooks with three dockers going for a mark against each other but none our forwards going for a mark at all. I am disgusted at the stupidity of our tactics. Why do we not have a marking centre half forward?

Just too much focus on defence. Once we win the ball and go forward there is absolutely no structure. Leading back towards goals is our only strategy. The game plan for that group is wrong. Must have a Tall option for a get out kick.

Does anyone really consider the inexperience side we have on the park since RD 2 this year. Don't be fooled by the way the Hawks took us apart. Let's just say that over half they're side are still 3 times premiership players and that there was at least 1000 games of AFL experience in comparison to our outfit. Our ruckman had played 4 games of AFL compared to McEvoy who's a 3 times premiership player with 250 of experience. Put that in context and tell me if Clarko could've helped us win.

Good pick up Jeb. Right from the first bounce Hawthorn started with 8 on the back of the square. They did this the whole game and I couldn't pick up any variation in our set up. Yes, we won the centre clearances, but we had limited space to work in and they just reloaded from half back. Would've been nice to see something in response!

Think back when GWS came into the Comp. They surrounded themselves with some experience in their mid 20s and a few 30 year olds. They accumulated top 10 draft picks from day dot and today they're a top 4 team. That's six years in the making. We on the other hand haven't got a truckload of top 10 picks and a couple of A graders. That's where we're at. It won't take as long as 6 years for us to be a top 4 side.

Joel Hamling is a 40 game AFL player who's perhaps our best in the backline. That's not the coaches fault. Cammac and Kersten haven't played 50 games combined. That's not Roly's fault.

Maybe he should watch the footy shows during the week - some even had stop motion video showing how the Hawks load up behind the ball. They were 4 goals up before Roly moved Stephen Hill forward of the centre, which allowed us to get a couple of clearances in.

It was stupid coaching against a footy brain - RoLy was exposed badly tonight by the best in the business.

Oh it's not my fault!!!! It's starting to sound pathetic....he earns a 6 figure pay check or close to it if anything Ross needs to take responsibility ....I don't only blame Ross but also who put him there for sooo long.....having said that I think he sucks the life out of football
