I don't really want to hear it anymore. Hawthorn had a heap of young kids tonight and still pantsed us. Essendon and Melbourne have a lot of young kids too.
They all look better than us and seem to have some sort of system. We are so frustrating and frickin boring to watch.
Our skills are terrible and I've got no idea what our game plan is or where our next win is coming from.

Yeh I don't think it's the players. The problem is too wide spread throughout the team - the issue is the coaching and I don't even reckon it's Ross Lyon- I think he has a plan but our teams skills are too crap to execute it. Our issue is our skills and development coach and forward coach - why do our forwards not play in front of their man ? They are always behind and their forward pressure is terrible - the backs just walk it out - can't stand watching this team anymore - some young talent but the turnovers and skills are worse than I have ever seen in 20 years I have been watching footy ! Subiaco have better skills after watching Peel Vs Subi today

In 2015 when we went out in straight sets despite two home finals and all last year it was the old players excuse. Players have come and gone, but the only thing that hasn't changed is Rolyball.

Don't be fooled by Hawthorn having heaps of young kids. Most of them have been biding their time with Boxhill Hawks. All bar 2 maybe 3 have been in their list for 5+ years. They've still got 11+ premiership players out there tonight. A little perspective on that front.

Sorry Jezza but what's your reasoning for Essendon doing so well then. Most of them didn't even play last year and there's a hell of a lot of inexperience there.

So what if they've been biding there time at Box Hill Hawks. Isn't that what they're supposed to do before they step up? Just like our players do at Peel.
