The problem is, that, we've wasted 2 years of development and resources on another draft pick gone wrong. A bit of due dilligence might have preveted that. Theres a very good reason he slipped from potential top 10 to pick 38.
Yep, we may yet get something for him - maybe, just maybe, a 2nd rd pick, but more likely lower for the inherent risk any other club will have to take on him - but we have effectively been treading water on the 2nd rd 2015 pick for 2 years, and now we can look forward to another 2,3, or 4 years on any replacement we might get.
Now, combine that with the wait for Apeness, the non existence of Simpson, Tanner Smith and Yarran, then the failure of the Gumbleton, Silvia trades .....welll..., THATS the problem.....
