There's plenty that think Roly is not the man to win us a premiership mainly because his game plan is rubbish. Yet there's there's plenty that think he's
a great coach that to date was unlucky not to win one. There's a few clubs that would have Roly as their head coach in a heart beat so much so that whenever the coaching Merry-go-round starts, his name gets mentioned. There's no question that Reiwoldt, Montagna et al loved him as their coach. The side that he had was a Milne bounce away from a premiership. He took Freo to the GF in his second year of his current tenure. Whether his game plan sucks or not, there's no one better to take us to the promise land and his appearance on Footy Classifieds last night only solidifies my belief.
