I cant see much difference between Cam's tackle and the steven May tackle against the roos which was the top 8th moment of the weekend. Cam's was a bit late, but both carried their opponents forward in the tackle, unfortunately cam's opponent hit his head on the ground a bit harder than May's did.

I would contest and go the good bloke defense, because Cam went up to him and said sorry on the stretcher..

On a side note, Carlisle is a grub..

So blokes who are on the floor injured are now fair game according to the MRP!? I just don't get this at all?

As far as Cam Mac goes, FFC should appeal based on principle alone.

Bout time FFC grew some and started publicly calling out Margetts and the MRP. Am seriously annoyed, fed-up and sicked to the stomach.

Trying to rationalise or understand the workings and decisions of the MRP will seriously damage your mental health. There seems to be a general rule, though. The most important consideration is not so much who a bloke plays for, more like where that club is based. The further the club is from Melbourne, the harder a player will be punished when charged. That's just how it is. It's this sort of crap that's regularly coming out of AFL House these days that means I'm drifting slowly but surely towards not caring one way or another about footy.

Shocking. Two weeks? He carried him forward in a strong tackle, there was no intent to hurt the bloke. CM could not have possibly altered that tackle on the way down...absolutely no way! And Houli got two weeks initially? Something rotten at the MRP...very ordinary performance by a group of confused ex players. Terrible decision!!!
