Sutcliffe in for Fyfe ... only in the squad

Sutcliffe in for Fyfe - a like-for-like replacement I guess. Make him Captain for a day see how he goes with the coin toss.

Back to the same old baloney isn't it. You stump up and pay the exaggerated membership fees in the summer, yet half the team can't play half the season when it rolls around in winter. An annual recurring shell game (where there isn't a pea under any of the shells).

Listed as a one week injury. We'll be lucky to see him again this season.

Weather permitting Sunday may be a perfect day to mow the lawn and I also have a heap of manure to remove. If there's enough time left I may even clean up the verge for the shire I'm sure they'll be happy to receive my support.

Deluca confirmed to debut. Logue cox and ryan join him on the bench. Suban also in.

2 debutons in the same game plus all new draft picks and recruits on the field.

I like this. Score board could be ugly but getting games into the young guys is exactly what we need

Despite the doom and gloom I'm looking forward to this game primarily to see how the young guys go. Guess the selectors don't have a choice but to play them which in a way is a good thing in order to see how they perform at the top level. I realize there's a lot of inexperience in one go but how else do these guys get experience in the AFL? Let's hope there are good signs from some if not all of them. Good luck to them and Go the Dockers!
I'd like to see that - Mundy to kick the critical goal - again!!

Fellow Dockerlanders, with the Sutcliffe for Fyfe change, I promise to sing the new anchor song if we manage to beat Geelong. Please let it come true...

Triple D, how about Hilly having 5 bounces and nailing one from 50 to win it? That would stop the purring pretty damn quick.

Nah, I'm not buying Dooker Control's pr crap. I don't care where your 'bruise' is, visually they stick around for a week or two, but the hurting passes in a few days. Fyfe's had 2 weeks to get over a so-called bruise.

AND, as someone that actually would like to see his team play a game of football, a 20% pay increase means 20% more for me - not 50% less.

I have no doubt Polly, that he has a broken rib...probably a couple of 'em. That explains how hes been playing, and the chest guard. Just been doing the Dermott Brereton thing of trying to "show some toughness / some leadership, "
Hes a great man is Fyfey, and he'd be hard to hold back...but he's also bloody stupid!!
Have no idea why we let him play the Brizzy game...??

Well, it can typically take up to 6 weeks to recover from a bruised sternum, so it isn't that an outrageous fabrication.

So what beating do we cop? A. 20-30 points, B. 30-50 points or C. 50+? My money is unfortunately on C but keep blooding the youngsters and all is well.
