And some people, like yours truely, would love a few drinks at the game, the way I like a few drinks out at dinner, or at a BBQ.
Just have full strength served on the far side of the stadium from the footbridge, and mid-strength only on the close side, and people can decide where they sit. The teetotallers can be out of the stadium and in the way home before the drinkers have time to offend them.
You could even park more security at that side of the stadium.
In two years, based on where people sit, you'll have data to suggest what people prefer. Then you can expand, reduce the sections as needed.
