My point being contingent on if they’re going to stick with Danyle Pearce and they want someone to warm the seat, then the small deep-ish forward would probably suit him. I’d imagine at some point they think Ballantyne and/or Bennell will be slotting into that forward line, of course getting the young ones in there may give more options. It may be better they try that at Peel first though.
As for Collins, he has played forward, at Box Hill at the very least if not at Peel, but I’m not sure the forward line could take playing four talls down there. Particularly given Collins reputed slower pace. Apparently Brennan Cox played forward years before his draft year, but did describe feeling much more at home in the backline, that could change of course.
