How the heck does Ibbo keep getting selected when Collins can hardly get a look in.

Ibbo's form has been simply appalling yet he seems to be untouchable. I know Roly has his favourites but its verging on idiotic under some circumstances

Our list is better than theirs - we'll win this one. Don't listen to Hypen.

For starters any side with three Rorys in it is suspect.

Joel Hamling and Michael Johnson playing the roles Collins is back up for.

Which one of those two do you want to drop Yeti?

Ibbo (allegedly) under pressure from the halfback flanker types.

A fit Langdon, a returned Balic, maybe even a Bennell and a shuffling of other positions might mean he has a rest.

Still think when you're marking one of the oppositions best small Fwds, and you can't arm chop, hold, scrag or block these days you occasionally look foolish.

I did feel sorry for him when 1 on 1 inside 50 with Dustin Martin and a loose football. Name a player in the AFL better in that situation than Dusty?

Walters, 2 hills (no prizes for guessing which 2), Fyfe, Blakely, Balla's, and that's just Freo. AND they do it without an elbow to the throat of the opponent.

Blakely's ongoing ability the to rack up 30+ possessions and shut down an opposition midfielfer while holding down CHF is really something.

Honest question - what's so good about Tucker, and why is he always the next one picked? I supposed it could be worse...imagine if they recalled Suban or Sheridan. Still, would've liked to see someone else like Ryan given a go..

Just on Ibbo. I think his days are numbered, but not to make way for Collins. Maybe for Logue, and definitely for Alex Pearce (if he ever recovers). For now Ibbo is the best option.

Watching a bit of the Port game, I can see why people rated Powell-Pepper. He would get a run in any AFL side.

Its simple Quiexo Tucker is being trained up and hasn't done enough wrong to get the boot. Dont mark a player simply by the stats - its how they perform a set role – obviously he still has the support of coaching panel behind him. I would have been happy to see a newbie playing but maybe thats bad man management for new players. You gotta build their skills and their confidence and its not Roly's style to chop and change for the sake of it. He was squeezed out for Hill and put back in for Langdon. The continuity makes sense.

If the game is won in the midfield, we've got this in the bag. The stats say that without Sandi, we've only won 3 games in the last 2 years or thereabouts. I look at the Western Bulldogs and more recently Melbourne without Max Gawn, how they win games without their No. 1 ruckman. I think we're in with a sniff. We're a young and enthusiastic side compared to the team in Rd 2. Furthermore Hamling, Kersten, B. Hill and Cammac have started to feel comfortable wearing purple.
