IMHO absolutely 100% the correct decision from the MRP. Did he mean to punch? Yes. So Intentional is the correct call. Did he contact high or low? Neck/lower chin is high so again correct call. Was the force low? Yes it was so again correct call. All adds up to the penalty he received based on the table they are to apply it from.

Morgan, abusing the umpire doesn't send anyone to hospital, but that is a reportable offence. Time wasting likewise. Delivering a late shepherd does not always result in injury, but is reportable. Tripping likewise. It seems you think it is all part of the game for players like Hawkins to show how tough they are by jumper punching someone in the jaw, but if Neale, Crouch or any of the other punched players got up and decked the puncher instead of complaining to the umpire, you would be outraged.
