After listening to the likes of Shane Richmond bitch and moan about the draft concessions being granted to GWS and all the emotion around them dominating the competition to the point of wrecking it, a team that lost its champion player through free agency and had less top ten picks than most is making a joke of its competitors.

I havent seen a team so dominant in twenty years and may they win it all if we cant.

The Crows give us hope, dont they. They are a decent story.

It's about execution. Adelaide have made lots of good decisions while, say, Carlton have made considerably less good decisions over a long period of time.

The problem is that Chris Bond has a lot of responsibility at Fremantle and Steve Rosich still thinks he can uncover a magic formula.

Nah, GWS will wipe the competition out. Adl are having a good run, much like we did in 2015 and the Kangaroos last year. The media will make you believe anything. GWS loss to Adelaide in Rd 1 is an aberration. These top end talent in the GWS side
are absolute gems. Adelaide will crumble and then watch the media beat them to a pulp.

Taylor Walker was an academy pick, who was a massive Crows fan already, so he was easy to convince to hide his stuff under a bushell's tea bag until the rules left him in their clutches. Plenty of clubs were keen on him before he was drafted.

I don't know how decent it is to try to rort the contract rules (i.e. Tippet), but I suppose most've got some skeletons they're hanging their coats on.

I guess my point was its not so much your pick ranking in the draft that dictates success rather the quality of the pick.

Morgan likes to frame drafting as an inexact science but its an exact science. Its just difficult to do consistently well.

Make the call when Adelaide are 14-0. I recall a team in 2015 winning its first 9 games in a row and failing to make the grand final. Actually, it happened in 2016 too. Finals aren't played in May. I also recall a team finishing 7th on the ladder winning the flag.

In the last 5 seasons the crowbots have finished 11th, 14th, 2nd, 11th 10th. Given they're being spoken about as one of the certain GF starters for this season, what do these results suggest about the magical "grand final window" and how pissed do you reckon they're supporters would have been with their up and down form. I can imagine that many would have been calling for sacking of recruiting staff coaches etc.
