Based on the available video evidence and a medical report from the Fremantle Football Club, the incident was assessed as careless conduct with low impact to the head. It is obvious fines don't work. Hit them with a week off. Just like they do with Freo players. ( or 2 - 5 weeks in Freo's case) and see if they feature every week thereafter.
