So, it seems like the AFL is trying to make a tradition of 'ANZAC Eve' between Richmond and Melbourne.
Is there any reason he AFL only gives Melbourne clubs annual standalone dates? Freo has worked for nearly two decades to have a permanent fixture around ANZAC Day (either the night before or on ANZAC night) and they give it to bloody Melbourne and Richmond, both of whom already have annual standalone fixtures.
I'm still spewing that a club based in Freo didn't get first drop on the Pride game.
I'm not sure what Rosich does with his time, but maybe he could spend a little less time worrying about drawn Grand Finals, and a little more time thinking of ways to get Freo a fair shake on fixtures. Historically our sponsorship performance has been anaemic, and I would have thought a few more prime time games might help on that front.
Do your job Rosich.
