Be interesting to see who they do play and a window into current mindset of club.

Other options include giving Langdon, Hughes or some of the other younger players more time in the midfield and bringing in another fwd or defender

Cam Sutcliffe will replace Hilly. Mundy will spend more time in the midfield on Sat. Bringing Pearce back should be the last option.

Pearce would be the closest match for pace and if he could replicate his form from last years Bulldogs game he'd go alright. I wouldn't bring Sutcliffe in myself as he offers nothing for the mix they'd want I'd imagine.

You'd think Balic might still having his hip struggles, but he'd be my preference if available. Not sure too many of the young guys are ready and primed at the moment, but there'd be worse options than giving Brennan Cox a go.

If we could keep the pace quotient up that'd be nice.

Personally don't like the idea of DPearce but he does seem to lift in derbies tho he hasn't played for 3 weeks being kept as emergency then peel bye. Maybe Tabs then he and Kerstan can switch between back and forward if necessary as they have tall fwd line.
