Agree should not be in our team , but our conditioning staff are sub afl elite.
There will be a review done eventually and some high priced consultant will tell them that our conditioning staff are a joke then they will make changes.

I don't see it being a big issue. ZC was never going to play the whole season. He's considered a depth player. With Michael Apeness, we've got a young bloke who's also a genuine forward. Plays a similar role to that Boyd fella, who's on $1M a season. It's got very little to do with the conditioning staff. Clarke's injury prone and it all started a couple of years ago, where he injured his knee, at a concert during the off season. How about we put the onus back on the player for being a clown.

Our medical staff are a joke and this is ridiculous. His knee has been clearly stuffed for years and not only have they repeatedly misdiagnosed and mismanaged it, now he has further injured it. It's beyond poor work and baffling why it keeps happening.

Has the question been asked as to how fractures in a patella only become bad enough to need to not fully train for half a season on the eve of the start of the season, not at the end of last season when half a season would put you at the start of a season rather than half-way through it?

His knee has been stuffed for years and the only reason he's still with us is he's got a year left on his contract.

They've never been able to fix him, and can't. What would be incompetent is giving him 2 years more at the end of this year.

Bond is probably drawing up a new contract right now.
